• Skills and categories. Pick every category you serve. You'll appear in the filters for each one.
• "Available now." Let customers know when you can take work right away.
• Account type. Individual, professional, or licensed professional, which customers can filter for.

How customers find you

People browsing the Services tab see providers near them and can sort by nearest, highest rated, or price. Your listing also shows on the map in your general area, never your exact address. When someone's interested, they can message you or send a hire offer directly.

Win jobs from posted gigs, too

Customers also post gigs describing exactly what they need, with a budget and date. Turn on gig alerts for your categories and radius, and you'll know the moment a relevant job is posted nearby.

Reviews that compound

After each completed job, customers can leave a review. Your rating, reviews, and number of completed jobs appear on your profile. A strong reputation is often what tips a customer from "maybe" to "hired."

Tips for a listing that converts

1. Lead with the outcome. "Full interior + exterior detail, 2–3 hours" beats "car cleaning."
2. Use real photos. Before-and-afters work well.
3. Price clearly. A starting rate or range reduces back-and-forth.
4. Respond fast. Quick replies in chat win jobs.
5. Ask happy customers to leave a review after you mark a job complete.

Good to know

GigMap doesn't process payments. You agree on price and payment directly with the customer. GigMap is a connection platform and isn't party to your agreements, so keep your usual contracts, licenses, and insurance in place.
