By using GigMap you agree to these terms. GigMap is a platform that connects people who need local work done with workers and service providers. We do not employ, verify, or guarantee any user, worker, or business listed on the app.
You hire and take gigs entirely at your own risk. GigMap is not a party to any agreement between users and is not liable for any work, payment, damage, injury, or dispute that arises from a gig or service. You are responsible for vetting users, agreeing on terms, and ensuring your own safety.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GigMap, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Gig and service listings are created by users, not by GigMap. Pay amounts, deadlines, scope of work, and payment methods are agreed directly between the poster and the worker. GigMap does not process, hold, or guarantee payments between users, and cannot recover money for work that was not completed or paid as agreed.
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and treat other users with respect. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, illegal services, and misrepresentation.
You keep ownership of the photos, listings, and messages you post. You give GigMap permission to display that content within the app so other users can find and respond to your listings. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
GigMap may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users. You can stop using GigMap and delete your account at any time from the app's settings.
GigMap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GigMap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or from interactions with other users.
We may update these terms at any time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of GigMap means you accept the updated terms.
